Last updated: June 26, 2026
SpendRefine (“SpendRefine,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, store, and protect information during our private pilot and evaluation period.
SpendRefine is currently a pilot-stage tool being developed to help agencies and authorized local service businesses better understand advertising lead quality, call outcomes, ad spend performance, ROI visibility, and lead quality feedback workflows.
This Privacy Policy applies to:
SpendRefine is intended for agencies and authorized business users in the United States, including agencies that manage advertising accounts for local service business clients and local service businesses that manage their own advertising accounts. Our servers and primary infrastructure are intended to be located in the United States.
1. Pilot-Stage Privacy Notice
SpendRefine is currently in a private pilot and technical evaluation stage.
This means the service is being tested with selected participants to evaluate technical feasibility, data availability, workflow usefulness, reporting value, and potential future product development.
Because SpendRefine is still being tested, the types of data processed may depend on the account connected, the permissions granted, available platform data, and the specific pilot workflow being tested.
We aim to collect and process only the information reasonably necessary to operate, test, secure, troubleshoot, and evaluate the pilot.

2. Information You Provide to Us

You may provide information directly to SpendRefine when you contact us, request pilot access, complete a form, communicate with our team, or participate in the pilot.
This information may include:
We use this information to communicate with you, evaluate pilot fit, provide support, respond to questions, and manage pilot participation.

3. Google OAuth and Account Authorization Data

SpendRefine may connect to supported Google Ads accounts through Google’s official OAuth authorization process.

When you authorize SpendRefine, Google may show an authorization screen describing the access being requested. You can revoke SpendRefine’s access at any time through your Google Account permissions.
Depending on the access granted and the data available in the connected account, SpendRefine may process information such as:
Not every account will have every type of data available.
If an agency connects an account on behalf of a client, SpendRefine may process advertising account data, lead data, call data, reports, diagnostics, and pilot results associated with that client account, as authorized through Google OAuth or by the account owner or authorized representative.
